Renovation of Kuuttipuisto playground

The Kuuttipuisto playground is located in Kaitaa, at the end of Arttelikuja, at the intersection of Arttelipolku and Kuuttipolku.

The current Kuutipuisto playground will be demolished and rebuilt. The work will begin with the demolition of old structures and the clearing of vegetation. Some of the plantings will be retained.

Play equipment and lighting will be replaced at the playground. At the same time, lighting will be installed on the adjacent park corridor.  The playground will be fenced with a three-wire fence that has both an entrance gate and a service gate.  Things to be installed in the area include A bird’s nest swing and swing, sandbox. Wooden chips as a safety surface to soften any falls. The area will be finished with plantings that are protected by protective fences.

The renovation area will be marked with traffic signs and a construction site sign. The construction site will be fenced off with construction site fences. Renovation work will be interrupted for the duration of summer holidays in July–August.
