Peijinpolku and Peijinkäytävä have not been built. The Technical Services Committee approved the street plans on 15 November 2017 and 14 August 2019.

On Peijinkatu, asphalting and paving work remains to be finished. Parking spaces will be built along the street between distance markers 100 and 165. A turning area and a few parking spaces will be built at the end of Peijinkuja. On Hannuksenkuja and Finnoonkallio, asphalting, paving and landscaping work remains to be finished.
Some landscaping work must still be done on Hannuksenpuisto. On Jerikonpolku and Peijinkulma, asphalting, paving and landscaping work remains to be finished.
The streets will be built according to the street plans after the housing construction projects have been completed.
