A street plan for Metallimiehenkuja and Lämpömiehenkuja in Otaniemi is currently being drawn up. The detailed plan for the area was confirmed in 2024. The currently private roads will be transferred to the City of Espoo. The streets and their municipal infrastructure will be renovated. Safety for pedestrians and cyclists will be improved. The street plans will be available for public review from 17 November to 1 December 2025.

People can read and comment the draft street plan between 18 August and 1 September 2025 at the Otakantaa.fi website(external link, opens in a new window).

Feedback and questions will be answered in a collective form after the end of the commenting period. The draft street plan may be edited after the commenting period.

After the commenting period, the street plan will be displayed for public viewing 17.11.-1.12.2025.
