Local detailed plansTapiolaThe Suosaari detailed plan amendment enables the construction of a new data centre in connection with the existing one. An office building will be demolished from the plot. The planning area is located in Laajalahti between Sinimäentie and Turunväylä. The employment areas of Laajalahti and Sinimäki form a unified area that is being developed as a whole. City Planning Committee has 15.10.2025 approved the plan to City Council.
