Local detailed plansKalajärviThe objective of the local detailed plan is to construct residential buildings and premises that fit a cultural landscape and local services in the area south of Koskelonsolmu on Kehä III. The reports and hearings conducted for the previous preparation have become obsolete. The preparation has been discontinued by decision of the City Board on 9 February 2026. The plan will not progress in 2026. The schedule for the detailed plan for the area will next be assessed in connection with the city planning work programme for 2027.
