Background information
Several principles for the Keilaniemi area have previously been drafted and approved, and their relevance needs to be re-evaluated. In November 2025, the Business and Competitiveness Subcommittee of the City Board urged that measures be launched to change the local detailed plan for the southern part of the Keilaniemi round residential towers.
