Headnote The purpose of the alteration of the detailed plan is to change the intended use marking of the property. It currently marks the property as a block area of office buildings, but the aim is to change the marking so that it allows office and service functions, social and welfare services, business premises and caring and assisted living. Another goal of the plan alteration is to seek a change in the designed volume of parking spaces and to increase the building capacity. The plan has entered into force 12.3.2025.
