The site is located between detached and semi-detached houses in Kattilalaakso and Kiviruukki, which is being regenerated, near the future Kivenlahti metro station.The plan has entered into force Feb 2, 2022.

The two existing small residential houses will remain in the planning area. The construction of four-floor residential blocks of flats will be made possible in the area previously not developed. The zoning team will ensure that the residential blocks of flats will match the surrounding buildings. The trees alongside Tiiliskivenpolku will be preserved for the flying squirrels.
