Harjunportti and Kirstinharju between Harjunportti-Kirstinharju is tilted to one side and 4,00 meters wide. Top layers of these light traffic ways are concrete stone and asphalt. Corner stones are granite. Grass is planted on edge- and ramp areas and bushes are planted on some ramps. In addition to plantings, paved areas are put on edge areas. Light traffic ways are illuminated.
There are existing water supply lines and other technical networks on Harjunportti and Kirstinharju. Alongside constructing, urban renewal and supplementary construction of existing water supply lines as well as communications- and energy network lines will be carried out where necessary. New runoff water drains are built to help dry light traffic ways.
