Finns’s business and education operations area
Local detailed plansKauklahtiThe intended use of Finns’s Omnia area will be changed in the local detailed plan so that the area can be used for business operations in addition to education operations. Conservation needs in regard to the area and buildings will be updated. The City Planning Committee approved the plan on 3 June 2026. The plan entered into force on 2.9.2026. The material is available on the Finnish site for the plan under Hyväksymisvaihe (Approval Stage) and Selvitykset ja suunnitelmat (Reports and Plans). The plan site will remain available until the end of the spring season of 2027.
