Land use needs and street plans
In 2019 a new sport activity serving block street with buildings, 30013, was planned to Nöykkiö district. A new golf practice centre will be built to the southern part of the block. In the future there is a possibility to build an ice- or floorball hall or another similar sport building to the area’s northern part.
Currently planned Finnoonpuro will act as a plot street to the block area. A 6-metre-wide driveway and 3-metre sidewalk are planned on the street. Cycling will be guided to the driveway. Trees are planned on the sides of the road.
Project schedule
A road plan is an official document that follows an approval procedure set by the land usage- and building law. Road planning suggestions were publicly available according to the land usage- and building regulation 43 § between 23.11.-7.12. 2020.
Construction schedules are coordinated with the block’s plans. For now, it seems that the earliest building will begin is in 2023.
