Detached houses on Löylytie street

The area was previously part of a plan called Kaupunginkallionrinne (area no. 613700). The amendment proposal for the Kaupunginkallionrinne detailed plan was discussed by the City Planning Committee on 11 March 2026. The City Planning Committee returned the proposal for further preparation. After this, the AO block proposed for the southern part of the area was separated from the Kaupunginkallionrinne detailed plan as a separate planning area. This area was named Löylytie and given the plan area number 613701.

There are two stages in the planning process, during which the plan is available for public review. During these stages, we will also accept feedback on the plan in English. The materials will be available on the Finnish site of the plan.
