Efficient complementary construction is planned for the area next to the existing residential area and on Alakartanontie. The plan will facilitate the demolition of two existing residential blocks of flats and a dilapidated parking deck. The ballgame field in the area will be developed into a diverse sports venue. The participation and assessment scheme and preparation material are available for public review 3.3–1.4.2025.
