Change of use and revision of the permitted building volume in Otaniemi

Local detailed plansTapiola

The amendment to detailed plan revises the permitted building volume of the block to correspond to the building volume in use and to allow for changes within the building at Otakaari 5–7. The purpose of use is extended to enable a small amount of business activities supporting the main purpose of use. The conservation values of the buildings will be taken into account. The participation and assessment scheme and preparation material are available for public review 9.6–8.7.2025.
