Cable transfers in Espoontori
BuildingEspoon keskusThe contract for the cable transfers in Espoontori is carried out to enable the construction of the Kesko plot and a future bus terminal. More extensive planning of street areas will begin in early 2026 and will be announced separately.
Project description
The contract concerns the construction of streets and water management. Work done at the site includes ground cutting, excavation, tamping, piling and piling plate work, underpass drilling under the tracks, filling trenches and structural layers, and stone and asphalt work on the street pavement.
Contaminated soil has been found at the site. The decontamination of the contaminated soil is carried out during the excavation work in accordance with the soil decontamination plan prepared for the site and the related official decision.
