Local detailed plansEspoonlahtiThe City of Espoo is planning a high street, Espoonväylä, i.e. a street connecting Kehä III and Länsiväylä, and new residential areas alongside it. The aim is to increase the number of housing units in the area, in accordance with the master plan. The plan is to build blocks of flats near Espoonväylä, and detached and semi-detached houses further away from the road. The central park and its recreational and natural values will be taken into account in the planning.
