Apilamutka area for detached and semi-detached houses

The City of Espoo will realise the local detailed plan for the Apilamutka area. The intention is to zone mainly areas for detached and semi-detached houses in the area. The new Gobbackantie will run through the planning area from south-east to north-west. In the south and west, the area is bordered by Anfallintie. The street name of Anfallintie will change with the amendment to the local detailed plan. The new name will be Apilamutka-Tolppolatie. The City Board sent 25.3 2024 the plan back to be prepared again. The Apilamutka planning area is one of the planning areas that are not included in the local detailed plan for Viiskorpi.
