Local detailed plansTapiolaMankkaa School Teachers’ Residence Hall will be listed and converted to ordinary housing use. In the same connection, the detailed plans of the adjacent schools and daycare centre will be amended according to their needs. The participation and assessment scheme and the preparation materials of the plan are available for public review from 5.10.-3.11.2026. You can review the material on the Finnish site for the plan under Valmisteluvaihe (Preparation Stage) and Selvitykset ja suunnitelmat (Reports and Plans). The plan is estimated to proceed to the proposal stage in spring 2027.
