Local detailed plansTapiolaA new office building is being planned for the southern part of Keilaniemi. It will be connected to the current office building by a bridge. The same plan number was used for a participation and assessment scheme for the same area which was made available for public review in 2018. Since the landowner and the objectives have changed, the participation and assessment scheme will again be made available for public review. It will be available for public review from 18 November to 17 December 2024. 00000000 Preparation Stage. The plan is estimated to proceed to the preparation stage in autumn term 2025.

Background information
The plan has been pending since 2018. The preparation material was available for public review 4–18 June 2018 under the plan name Keilalahti–Itämetsä–Karhusaari. Due to changes in the starting points of the plan, a new participation and assessment scheme and preparation material have been prepared for it. The name of the plan has been changed to better reflect its new content.
