Changes in Espoo Info opening hours from 1 October 2026

The Wednesday opening hours of Espoo Info service points in Matinkylä and Leppävaara will be reduced by one hour as of 1 October. Going forward, the service points will be open on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 17:00. (Decision: 3117/00.01.02/2026) The service points will continue to serve customers on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 17:00.

The change reflects altered customer behaviour: the extended opening hours on Wednesdays have been particularly useful to HSL customers, but as HSL’s self-service channels have developed, the number of customers visiting in the evening has decreased significantly. The new opening hours are better suited to current demand and service needs.
