Changes to the opening hours of jobseekers’ advisory services as of 1 September 2026
As of 1 September, job search matters can be handled without an appointment at the Piispanportti office only on Mondays and Fridays. The Information Point at the Iso Omena Service Centre is only open on Wednesdays. At the Sello office, you can take care of your job search matters without an appointment every weekday.
Handling job search matters without an appointment
You can visit the Piispanportti office without an appointment only on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00.
You can visit the Sello office without an appointment every weekday from 9:00 to 15:00. The renovation of the office has been completed, and there are now more service points.
The walk-in service is intended for urgent job search matters. Typical reasons for visiting the service include registering as a jobseeker, submitting documents and signing a plan.
Information Point at Iso Omena Service Centre is open on Wednesdays
As of 1 September, the low-threshold Information Point at the Iso Omena Service Centre is open once a week on Wednesdays, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00.
The Information Point provides general advice on job search and education opportunities, as well as help with using services and completing forms. The service is open to everyone, and it does not handle official matters.
Service hours for job search guidance remain unchanged
Job search guidance is available at the Sello and Piispanportti offices from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.
The service offers personal support with matters such as writing CVs and job applications, searching for vacancies, and preparing for job interviews. The service is open to everyone, and it does not handle official matters. Read more about our job search guidance service.
