Tapiola multi-purpose hall’s gym and judo hall to close starting 8 June due to water damage repairs
The gym and judo hall at Tapiola multi-purpose hall (address: Urheilupuistontie 2) will be closed for part of the summer due to demolition, drying, and restoration work caused by water damage in the northern part of the basement level. At the same time, asbestos removal work will be carried out in the area.
To ensure safety, the gym and judo hall will be closed starting 8 June, and the booking calendars for these spaces have already been closed from that date onward.
After the repair work, regular summer maintenance will start in the hall on 18 June.
The multi-purpose hall will reopen to users on Monday 20 July. The gym and judo hall will also open on 20 July. Any updates on the completion schedule for other spaces will be announced separately at the venue.
