City of Espoo seeks business operator for industrial and warehouse plot in Juvanmalmi
The City of Espoo is seeking an operator through an open two-phase application procedure to carry out activities in line with the detailed plan on an industrial and warehouse plot in Juvanmalmi. The plot is located at Rajamaankuja 1.
The area of the plot is 2,559 square metres, and the permitted building volume is 700 gross square metres. The unbuilt plot has previously been leased by the City of Espoo to operators for temporary use.
The application procedure is open to all business operators. Individual operators or consortiums of several operators may apply. The city values applications that present plans for developing dynamic, job-creating business activities on the plot.
The application period starts on 10 February and ends on 14 August at 12:00. The application procedure includes two phases. The plot will be leased and the decision on leasing will be made by the City Board’s Business and Competitiveness Subcommittee.
