City of Espoo partners with Kasvu Open’s Kasvupolku® coaching programme
We are partnering with Kasvu Open’s Kasvupolku® coaching program to support the growth and development of Finnish companies. The partnership enables companies based in Espoo and elsewhere in Finland to receive free, company-specific coaching tailored to their needs.
Kasvupolku is a nationwide, free coaching programme in which companies receive support for key growth-related challenges, valuable contacts, and new collaboration opportunities. Each year, more than 200 growth-oriented companies from across Finland take part in the program.
Kasvu Open delivers the coaching together with its partners. The goal is to strengthen companies’ growth potential, competitiveness, and ability to create new jobs and sustainable well-being. The partnership with Kasvu Open supports the development of Espoo’s business ecosystem and advances our objective of being Finland’s best growth platform for companies at all stages of their lifecycle.

Kasvu Open is a Finnish growth developer that has been coaching companies since 2011. Its programs bring together growth-oriented companies and experienced business experts with deep insight into the key pain points of business growth.
