The employer helpline provided by Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa is available by phone and email on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00. Around Christmas and New Year, the service has reduced opening hours.
Normal opening hours: weekdays 9.00–16.00
Opening hours around Christmas and New Year:
- 23 December 2025: 9.00–12.30
- 24–26 December 2025: closed
- 31 December 2025: 9.00–12.30
- 6 January 2026: closed
