Changes to Food Control Unit’s telephone hours

From the beginning of 2026, the Food Control Unit’s customer service telephone hours will be: Mondays from 12:00 to 14:00 and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 11:00. This update will make it easier for customers to contact the Food Control Unit. You can also get in touch by emailing elintarvikevalvonta@espoo.fi.

The Food Control Unit operates under Espoo Region Environmental Health Services. It supervises food products as well as the conditions under which they are produced, stored, served and sold.
