Food memories come to life in the library's new event series

Food and mealtimes carry memories, stories, and emotions. Come and spend an evening enjoying literature and food!

At the Dear Food Memories event, authors and other guests share their own food memories and talk about how food appears in their books and lives. At the same time, we prepare small samples together, which the audience can taste at the end. The event is relaxed and conversational—you are welcome to join in the discussion and share your own food memories. Expect flavors, stories, and insights that combine the best of literature and food.

This series of events, created based on customer requests, is made possible by the participatory budgeting of the Espoo City Library. The service proposal was intended to benefit adult library users, i.e., those over the age of 30.
