Which intoxicating substances do police officers encounter most in their work in Espoo? And what should guardians know about the substances young people are using? These are some of the questions that were answered in the City of Espoo’s info session for guardians, which you can watch on the city’s YouTube channel until 16 May.
In the session, held on Teams on 28 April, representatives of EHYT Finnish Association for Substance Abuse Prevention and the Western Uusimaa Police Department talked about current trends in substance use among young people and what guardians can do if they are concerned about their child’s situation.
