The Finnish Heritage Agency has given funding to Espoo

The Finnish Heritage Agency gives funding to professional museums, such as city museum. KAMU Espoo City Museum has received a project funding from the Finnish Heritage Agency to innovative development work in professional museums.
KAMU Espoo City Museum will use the funding for the Sustainable Cultural Heritage Education project, which will begin in the fall of 2025 and continue throughout the year 2026. The outcome of the project will be a new operational model for cultural heritage education, designed with a customer-oriented approach and utilizing various participatory methods. The project results will be shared, among other things, as a podcast series for museum professionals, teachers, and students in the fields of cultural heritage and education.
