Digital social and health services now available in the Espoo area
Starting 9 April, residents will have access to Lunna, the new digital service platform for the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County.
Lunna provides a simple and convenient way to contact your health station, maternity and child clinic, dental services, Senior Info, and general customer service. Chat is available on weekdays from 8:00–16:00; non-urgent messages can be sent anytime and will receive a reply within 3 weekdays.
To access Lunna, you can either use the mobile app or an internet browser. Login requires strong authentication with a mobile certificate or online banking credentials. The platform is open to all Western Uusimaa residents, and you can communicate in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
