The +68 Sports Wristband for seniors will remain free of charge
The +68 Sports Wristband will remain free of charge from the beginning of 2025. What is new is that once downloaded, the wristband is valid for one year at a time.
What is the +68 Sports Wristband?
You can use the +68 Sports Wristband to access Espoo's swimming halls, gyms, gym equipment training as well as guided exercise groups for seniors and special groups and to use archipelago boats free of charge. All Espoo residents who are turning 68 or older this year can purchase the Sports Wristband. The wristband is personal.
Once activated, the Sports Wristband provides access to swimming halls and gyms intended for independent training without having to go through the cash desk.
Sports Wristband friend service
Users of the Sports Wristband can bring one adult friend free of charge to the swimming halls, gyms and archipelago boats of the City of Espoo.

How to activate the +68 Sport Wristband
You can download the free sport wristband service onto your wristband from swimming hall cash desks (not from Olari swimming hall) and service points in Espoo. Once downloaded, the wristband is valid for one year at a time.
Espoo residents turning 68 in 2025 may claim their wristband from 1 January 2025 onwards. Other Sports Wristband customers can download the service onto their wristband from 23 December 2024.
