Oiva report for food business operators has changed
The appearance of the Oiva report has changed, and the VATI information system has also undergone changes. For example, reports on the inspection results of at-home food premises will be from now on published on the Oivahymy.fi website.
Please also note that the Finnish Food Authority no longer sends Oiva reports by post. Instead, you must print the Oiva report sent to you by email and make it available for your customers to see immediately after receiving it. The printout can be black and white.
The Oiva report will be published on the oivahymy.fi(external link, opens in a new window) website 10 days after it was sent to you by email. If necessary, you can also download and print the Oiva report on the oivahymy.fi website.
Your latest Oiva report must be on display at the entrance of your food premises, in its immediate vicinity or in another place where consumers can easily read it. You must also add the Oiva report or a link to the report to your company’s website if your company markets food products on the website. The link must be clearly visible on the home page of your website.
