Safer culture experiences for all - answer the questionnaire!
At the culture services of Espoo we aim to make everyone feel welcome and safe in our cultural spaces and events. We are developing security in our facilities and services because we want to serve all our customers equally.
More than a year ago, we introduced the Safer Space Principles in Espoo's cultural spaces - and events - to improve the customer experience and equality for visitors and audiences. The principles also clarify for customers and staff how to act in situations where they observe, for example, harassment or inappropriate behavior.
Help us to further improve the safety of cultural services by answering the questionnaire. Your opinions and experiences are important for us. They help us to develop our services in the right direction. The answers are confidential.
The deadline for responses is 8.11.2024 until 12 noon. The questionnaire can be answered in Finnish, Swedish and English.
