My Espoo survey collects residents’ views – there’s still time to participate!
The My Espoo survey collects residents’ views and wishes regarding the city’s future. So far, we have received more than 2,000 responses, which will be used in updating Espoo’s strategy, known as the Espoo Story, and in the development of our city.
The Espoo Story tells us where we are coming from, where we are going and how we will get there. It describes Espoo’s values, attitudes, operating culture and common goals.
The My Espoo survey was also conducted four years ago, and the results were used in the preparation of the Espoo Story. Residents’ views and wishes helped shape the city’s strategy and direction, making the Espoo Story more resident-oriented and easier to understand. The responses helped us identify key areas for development and provided valuable insights for city planning.
So far, Finnish-speaking women in particular have actively responded to the survey
Participating in the survey is important as it gives residents the opportunity to have a say in the development of the city. If you have not yet taken the survey, now is a good time to do so and express your views. The survey is open until the end of October.
