The event was organized by Espoo's Equality and Non-Discrimination Committee. The success of the day was ensured by excellent partners and municipal decision-makers.

The event featured interesting discussions led by Risto Hartikainen, Chair of the Rainbow Seniors; Laura Riissanen from the Leppävaara Youth Pride Café; and Matti Peiponen from the Espoo Parish Union. Markku Sisitonen, Chair of the Espoo City Council, and Jarno Limnéll, Chair of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Area Council, provided a broader framework and value system for the direction we are heading towards. Oskari Hyttinen, Chair of Espoo’s Equality Committee, emphasized the importance of creating a safe space and respectful interactions. Peter Rynin hosted the event, and Sanna Korkelainen from the Iso Omena Library, in collaboration with the rest of the staff, ensured the event ran smoothly. The event was crowned with a children's corner where Jenna Leppänen encouraged kids to coloring activities.

Pasi Hanhisalo & Eero Salonlahti contributed to the atmosphere with their music. A blog post about the event will be published soon, and this was a preview of the upcoming content of the writing.
