Roof of Nature House Villa Elfvik to be replaced
The roof tiles of Nature House Villa Elfvik will be replaced. The project is due for completion during December 2025.
The Nature House will remain open to customers in spite of the repairs. However, the meeting room on the second floor cannot be used during the project.
During the repair work, the entire building will be surrounded by scaffolding and the roof will be protected from the weather. The construction site will be fenced, and a safe route to the Nature House will be arranged for customers.
Nature House staff and visitors must be careful as there may be machinery in the yard.
The Premises Department and Nature House Villa Elfvik apologise for the inconvenience.
The contractor is ATL-Rakennushuolto Oy.
We will provide more information as the work progresses.
