Matriculation examination tests start today – IB final examinations start in April
The spring matriculation examination tests start today 12 March 2024 with the textual skills test in mother tongue and literature (Finnish or Swedish). The test in Finnish or Swedish as a second language is also held today. The final test this spring will be the Sami mother tongue and literature test on 3 April 2024.
In Espoo, 2666 candidates will be taking matriculation examination tests this spring. The results will be made available to the candidate (and their guardian if the candidate is under 18 years of age) through the My Studyinfo online service starting from 15 May 2024.
Espoo has two general upper secondary schools, Etelä-Tapiolan lukio and Mattlidens gymnasium, where you can complete the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. A total of 90 candidates will be taking the IB final examinations in Espoo. The examinations start on 24 April 2024 and end on 17 May 2024. The results will be published on 6 July 2024, and the graduation ceremony will be held on 30 August 2024.
