Espoo is leasing out a plot in Kurttila for day care activities

The City of Espoo is leasing out a plot in Kurttila for day care activities. The plot is located at Alustalaisentie 1. A day care centre for a maximum of six groups of children must be built on the plot.

The permitted building volume on the plot is 1,600 gross square metres and, according to the detailed plan, the building can have a maximum of two floors. The area of the plot is approximately 3,200 square metres.

The leaseholder will be selected through an application procedure. Applications can be submitted by day care operators and property developers. The decision on the lease of the plot will be made by the Business and Competitiveness Subcommittee of the City Board.
