City of Espoo to lease out plot in Viherlaakso for sheltered housing for people on the autism spectrum

The City of Espoo will lease out a plot in Viherlaakso for the development of a sheltered housing unit intended for people on the autism spectrum who require intensive special needs support. The premises must be suitable for round-the-clock sheltered housing for people on the autism spectrum.

The plot is located at Viherlaaksonranta 16. The permitted building volume on the plot is 800 gross square metres on a maximum of two floors. The area of the plot is approximately 2,691 square metres.

An investor can submit their application with or without a service provider. The application deadline is on 15 March 2024 at 16:00. Further information on the application procedure is available on the City of Espoo’s website (in Finnish).
