Apply to become a provider of cultural services for children, youth, and the elderly

The City of Espoo is looking for service providers interested in providing cultural services for the cultural education models of Culture Call, KULPS Culture Path, Culture Path for upper secondary education, and cultural services aimed at the elderly under the Culture Chain programme. Application for the register of service providers is open from 21 December 21 2023 to 25 January 2024.
The providers of cultural education and cultural services for the elderly will be selected through a two-phase procurement process:
- In the first phase, respond to the participation request and submit a participation application to the register of service providers. In the first phase, you are not yet committing to providing services, nor is the city committing to ordering services. All operators who meet the requirements set out in the participation requests and their attachments will be included in the register.
- In the second phase, you will have the opportunity to receive tender requests and offer services for cultural education and the target groups of services for the elderly. We will send tender requests only to those approved in the register in the first phase.
Apply to join the register from 21 December 2023 to 25 January 2024
You can submit a participation application to the register of service providers by 25 January 2024, until 16:00. Submit the participation application by responding to the participation request on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi website(external link, opens in a new window). Using the Tarjouspalvelu.fi-service requires registration. A form will open via the link, which you must fill out and send. Please carefully review the participation request and its requirements. The request is published only in Finnish.
After this round, new operators will not be able to apply for at least a year. Being in the register does not oblige the service provider to respond to tender requests in the second phase, nor does the City of Espoo commit to specific order quantities.
While the participation request is open, all questions related to the procurement must be submitted through the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal or sent to the procurement center at hankinta@espoo.fi. Questions will be answered centrally during the question-answer phase of the participation request. Additional information questions must be submitted by 16:00, 10 January, 2024.
