Espoo is organising an information event regarding the procurement of cultural education and cultural services for the elderly on 12 December 2023

The city of Espoo has created a dynamic supplier register for the service providers who create arts and culture content for the Culture Call, KULPS – Culture Path, Culture Path for Upper Secondary Education and Culture Chain operating models. Target groups for these contents are children in early childhood education (aged 3-5), pupils in pre-school and primary education as well as senior citizens in nursing homes.
We are organising an information event for all new service providers on Tuesday 12 December from 10:00–10.45. The event will be held remotely in Teams. Those who register to participate remotely will receive a Teams link on the previous day. Register for the event and mailing list regarding the procurement via this Webropol form(external link, opens in a new window).
The information event will be held in Finnish.
The two-phase tendering process and registration to the register of service providers will open to all interested arts and cultural operators in December 2023 and close on January 2024. The specific dates will be announced later.
Please note! The service providers who were approved for the register earlier in 2023 are already included in the register, so there is no need for a new registration. The information event is targeted for those service providers who are not yet part of the Dynamic Purchasing System register. Espoo is implementing a respective register of service providers and tendering process for the realisation of the Espoo Hobby Path.
