Espoo to sell apartment building plot in Finnoo to highest bidder

The City of Espoo will sell an apartment building plot in the Finnoo-Djupsundsbäcken area through an open bidding competition. The plot will be sold to the highest bidder.

The plot is located next to excellent transport connections near the seashore. The entrance to the Finnoo metro station is about 300 metres from the plot. The distance to the seashore is about 800 metres.

Non-subsidised owner-occupied apartments must be built on the plot. The area of the plot is approximately 1,800 square metres. The permitted building volume on the plot is 4,900 gross square metres, and the maximum permitted number of floors is 12. The plot is located at Syvänsalmenkatu 4 in the Kaitaa district.

The bidder must have experience in similar projects. Groups may also submit a bid.

The bid must be submitted by 12:00 on 18 December 2023. You can find more information on the plot and participation in the bidding competition on the website of the City of Espoo.

The decision on the sale of the plot will be made by the Business and Competitiveness Subcommittee of the City Board. The aim is to submit the matter for processing by the subcommittee in February 2024.
