Espoo’s ice stadiums offer free public skating hours, including slots for day care centres and senior citizens.
Some of the slots allow the use of sticks and some do not. During public skating hours, you can practise skating with the help of a skating aid. You cannot rent skates at ice stadiums, so bring your own skates with you. Changing rooms are available.
