Working grant for a professional artist for 2023
The Culture Committee decided to award the working grant for 2023 to artist Essi Kausalainen.
Annual grants for Espoo-based providers of basic education in the arts, local heritage and cultural associations and professional art and cultural communities for 2023
The Culture Committee decided to award operating and rental grants for 2023 in accordance with the proposal as follows: EUR 4,447,080 to providers of basic education in the arts; EUR 74,500 to local heritage associations; EUR 42,000 to cultural associations; and a total of EUR 10,949,281 to professional art and cultural communities.
Updating of Helmet Library user regulations
The Culture Committee decided to approve the changes to the Helmet Library user regulations in accordance with the agenda. In the future, each customer can have a maximum of 100 pending reservations, instead of the current 50. In addition, institutional customers will be called community customers. There will be no changes in library fees or loan periods.
