Decisions on club applications submitted during the application period will be made in April

The application period for early childhood education clubs starting in the autumn has ended.

Club applications received during the application period will be processed by the end of April. The decisions will be made according to the number of places available. If all applicants cannot be selected, the selection will be based on the selection criteria. You can view the selection criteria here.

Families will receive information about club decisions electronically through eVaka, the early childhood education e-service(external link, opens in a new window). If you have activated the Suomi.fi service, you will also be informed of the decision there. If you are not using the Suomi.fi service, the decision will be sent by post.

The club applications are valid for the entire club term, and applications can also be submitted after the application period has ended. If your child does not receive a place in a club this time, we can offer one later if places become available.
