Fees and services for the use of facilities of Exhibition Centre WeeGee

Studio Ilmiö is space equipped with movable furniture, suitable for meetings or workshops. Catering is provided by Delicatessen WeeGee (weegee@delicatessen.fi). The space is not licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.

The Ruusuvuori room is a glass-walled space on WeeGee’s basement floor, equipped with movable furniture. It is suitable for meetings or workshops. Please note that Ruusuvuori room is open on the top and therefore not suitable for meetings that require absolute privacy. Catering is provided by Delicatessen WeeGee (weegee@delicatessen.fi). The space is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. Due to its versatile nature, Ruusuvuori works well in photo or film shoots.

The workshop space Paja, located in the basement of WeeGee, can be booked for various events. The space's convertible furniture is suitable for meetings and workshops, for example. Paja can fit about 20 people, and its furniture is convertible. Fee includes the room, basic furniture, fixed equipment (screen, flip chart board, laptop (PC) and WLAN) and user guidance if needed. Organise your event at Delicatessen WeeGee outside museum hours. Our restaurant comfortably accommodates parties of 60–80 people and even 150 as a cocktail event.

It is possible to arrange various types of photo shoots at the Exhibition Centre WeeGee, which are arranged on a case-by-case basis with the staff of WeeGee. In addition to the aforementioned reservable spaces, photo shoots can also be organized in the WeeGee foyer and the Futuro House.

The use of the foyer for photo shoots is agreed on a case-by-case basis. Events can be arranged outside of opening hours, and photo shoots may also be possible during opening hours.

The Futuro House, an icon of the space-age architecture and a vision of its time, still fascinates people. The Futuro house has been used in multiple photoshoots and the rental for photography/film shoot or exploration purposes is possible outside the opening hours of the WeeGee Exhibition Centre under supervision. It is not possible to bring refreshments into Futuro. The hourly rate includes opening fee and supervision. Futuro house is closed during the winter season. Read more about the house here.
