The City of Espoo is looking for an operator for a commercial plot in Nedre Gloms

The City of Espoo is looking for an operator through an open two-phase application procedure to carry out activities in line with the detailed plan on the city-owned commercial plot (Nedre Gloms) and in its protected buildings in Karvasmäki.

The selected project will be presented to the City Board’s Business and Competitiveness Subcommittee, which will make the final decision on the recipient of the reservation.

You can participate in the application procedure by submitting a written application. The brochure materials contain more detailed information on how to apply.

The application period starts on 27 August 2025 and ends on 24 November 2025 at 12:00.
