City of Espoo and Senate Properties offer planning reservation for development of high-quality business premises in southern Otaniemi

The City of Espoo and Senate Properties are seeking a partner, through an open application procedure, for the development of the southern part of the Betonimies plan amendment area located in Otaniemi. Ownership of land in the planning reservation area is divided between the City of Espoo and Senate Properties.
