Welcome to spend a pleasant moment at your local library and bring some brightness to the darkening evenings with a free theatre performance. In Finnish.

Coffee and Karaoke – year after year, an association gathers to discuss the Finnish political landscape over coffee and karaoke. Jyrä, Irmeli, Reksa and the other members believe there are many problems in the world, such as dog-poop landmines, pigeon rights, and the “language gap” between generations. Then inspiration strikes: in honour of the upcoming election term, they should establish a new political party on Finland’s political map! For this, Jyrä, Irmeli, Reksa and the rest of the association need your vote as well.

During the performance, you will have the opportunity, if you wish, to influence the course of the annual meeting and join in community singing. In addition, those who register in advance will receive a complimentary cup of coffee and a pastry. Binding registration via the link.

The performance follows safer space principles.

The performance lasts approximately one hour. Admission is free. Recommended age: 9+.

The performance has received support from the City of Espoo to improve accessibility.
