Entrepreneur’s Everyday Financial Planning Training

Would you like to strengthen your financial management skills and make better business decisions?

In this practical two-part training programme, you will learn the most important financial skills for entrepreneurs, including budgeting, profitability, pricing, and financial calculations. You will gain practical tools to support financial planning and decision-making in your own business. The training is based on the Business Espoo business plan and financial calculation templates(external link, opens in a new window), which will also be used in the exercises.

The training is suitable for entrepreneurs and anyone planning to start a business.

The training will be held in Teams.

Training programme

Thursday 12 November 2026, 14.00–16.00

• Introduction to the fundamentals of entrepreneurial finance
• Budgeting and cost planning
• Sales calculations, cost structure, and profitability calculations
• Practical exercises and examples

Thursday 3 December 2026, 9.00–11.00

• Pricing products and services
• Cash flow and financing calculations
• Applying financial planning in practice within your own business

The training is led by Sara Sepiddam, an experienced financial expert with more than ten years of experience in various finance roles. Her areas of expertise include financial management, financial calculations, and financial planning.

The training takes a practical approach to finance, helping you apply the knowledge directly to your own business and financial decision-making.
